Lynette pierce

Was born in Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands and moved to Cornwall 15 years ago. She paints the landscapes and seascapes of Penwith using mixed media but mainly watercolour. She is constantly trying to capture the changing light and moods of the Cornish landscape with her delicate but confident technique and is particularly noted for her wonderful skies. Lynette is self taught and is a member of the Sutton Coldfield Society of Artists which was founded by Walter Langley of the Newlyn School. She is also an Associate member of the St Ives Society of Artists and has won numerous awards for her work.
